I have found CardioKit advice really useful. I follow you on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook and have sent out lots of messages for friends and family to follow you too. I hope they have?!
What I find the most interesting is the explanation of what is good or bad for us on the individual foods. You have great recipes, which I love, but they don’t suit fussy eaters.
However, by detailing the individual foods and their benefits, fussy eaters can either find recipes using those ingredients or if they are confident cooks make something up themselves. I certainly feel much more informed of the ingredients to a healthy heart.
I was thrilled to be invited to the workshop at Neston. I found it really interesting, informative and encouraging listening to some of Dr Khavandi’s patients’ success stories.
I do hope that you will continue to receive funding, as this is a great project which actually proves that we can help ourselves by making a few small changes.
Keep up the good work!
