Eat healthy – YES! there are enough campaigns and media promotions that bombard us, we all know what food is good and bad, what really is important too is the eating of smaller portions.

Diagnosed with C.V.D (cardiovascular disease) last October, I have since lost 10 kgs, reduced my cholesterol from 5.4 to 2.4 in 5 months. NO to sugars NO to processed foods, YES to exercise and fresh fruit and vegetables.
I am now working on high B.P. with the aid of medication and relaxation techniques … a way to go yet.
