The Easy Overnight Oats Collection has sufficient quantities for several servings, but you can of course top up or adapt with your favourite nuts, seeds and dried, fresh or frozen fruit.


250g oats

50g sultanas

50g mixed nuts

750ml apple juice

2tbsp cinnamon

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate overnight
  2. Serve in the morning. Top with fruit and/or nuts and enjoy.


  • I have porridge for breakfast most days, but this looks like a tasty alternative. Would you recommend any particular nuts? Walnuts, but what else?
